Title: Nmind
Post by: Imeriel on February 14, 2007, 07:48:06 PM
In future, I'll remember to keep the things that make me jubilant to myself.

Sorry.

Back to your regularly scheduled quiet Ime.

I knew that 2 weeks ago.
And was unimpressed then, too.

I want to hear what makes you jubilant and I will not rate whatever does.

XO, sometimes you're an ass.

Ime, please tell us what it is.

Nothing earth-shattering or remotely important.  Just a concert I read about.

No biggie.

being one of the "few" things from the 80's i actually like.

Ime was excited about:
1. Sting is singing with the Police again.
2. The Police are together and are going on tour.
3. Sting is Touring.
4. One of the concerts on their tour is a "Woodstock" type of concert.  Farms Grass lots of room...

#4 is the one i'm betting she posted about.

and the "Tour" wasn't confirmed until after the Grammies.

Farm Concert is in Tennessee, for those "looking" forward to seeing sting/police.

Being brusque and rude to someone for no reason is not the same thing as being witty and charming, XO. Especially when it's to someone who works so hard for you. We call that "threadshitting" on another board I frequent. I think you owe Ime an apology.

With that said, I am glad to hear the Police are reforming, they are one of the very few things from the 80s that I enjoyed.  :tan:

Heh!  This is XO we're talking about!  I would think you would all be used to a classic XO witticism by now!

And yeah, I'm with you Ime.  Sting and the Police together again is something to cheer about.

And Lyrima ... HAIRY eyeballs?  I think you better see your doctor about that one!

I was excited to hear the news, too.   There's a rumor they're coming to Dallas, but ticketmaster isn't aware of it yet.  I'll be watching for it!

I want to meet Sting....  Why haven't I met Sting yet?   :'(

Ooooh wouldn't it be cool if we all went to a Police reunion concert for the Saga Reunion?  We can call it the Saga Police Reunion!

(sorry, burned out, no wit left)

Ime keep telling us what makes you a jubilee don't listen to Ms. Piggy over there (OMG y'all need to see that picture of the XO)

I want to marry Sting...maybe about ten years ago. Actually, the thought of a police reunion is quite exciting! I liked the Police better than just Sting alone despite how talented and prolific he's been alone.

I've been thrashed more times than not, and I don't get it.
People laugh when it's funny and about someone else, but they get upset when it is about them.

I would never in a million years upset Imerial on purpose.
I worship her and her no nonsense attitude and her abilities with the computers and servers and software and such.

I am glad you all defended her.
She needs to know she's appreciated.

I missed their Grammy opening, and I wish I hadn't.  You should have kept your initial message up.  I doubt that it was inappropriate in any way.

That's pretty cool that they are reforming for awhile.  The Police were awesome in the 80's.

Sting was in law enforcement before becoming a singer?

I always thought vegetarians were particularly cruel. They only eat things that were totally helpless to resist, and worst they usually eat pieces that were cut from the still living creature. Often these parts are its reproductive organs.

Now what kind of person commits to eating only things taken in such a tortuous manner?
