Give me another two years or so to catch up.  I'm apparantly too ornery, stubborn, and set in my ways (even despite the urging of other friends) to adopt the facespace, mybook, tweeter and the like.

Facebook and the amount of time people spend on it is TOTALLY ABSURD.  But it is a lot of stinkin' fun tbh.   :viking2:

Deneteth has an account on facebook :)

This is true.

Anyway I'll send you an invite with my RL account but given my level of activity on it you'll be disapointed...

And I agree, when I see how much time my GF spends on it, I can hardly believe we ever surnamed EQ EverCrack, in comparison it was nothing.

I simply don't understand the addiction.

I read my friends' posts and I'm done.  I cannot abide the idiotic 'games' except bejeweled and even that has lost it's allure.

I tried to not succumb to friggin' facebook addiction when I first joined...  A couple of years later, and, um....uh.../blush

However, it's provided a magical opportunity for my family to stay in touch.  And by that I mean my whole family.  My whole.  Friggin. Family.  All of them.  It's obcene, almost.

I also use it for work purposes and networking.  Like, actual networking, not this "social" networking kids are talking about...

And, yeah, it's a good way to keep in touch with all the hoes I've got in every area code.  I'm not a phone person.  Asm Meanie.
