I finally decided to go play a bit with DAZ and Gimp to make a few custom signature pictures for Titia. So far I feel I'm getting somewhere but I have difficulties having the result displayed on the forum. So, how do I set this up ? (signatures being hosted in a public picassa album)

And while I'm at it, what would be a descent size and weight of a signature ? :)

It's set to being half size, but your can shrink it or have it full size if ya like. Just modify the height and width numbers.

(Although I'm pretty sure this is almost what I did put in my sig yesterday and wouldn't work, less the img tag. Would being hosted on google be an issue ?)

And I'm a bit surprised in the code you inserted down there. How comes you saved the file on your server with a... French name (or absence of in this case ) ? :)

You mean "http://lh3.ggpht.com/_3DBTcIasYBU/TPwT3KuG8vI/AAAAAAAAABo/Ezqd1ShO9LA/Sans%20titre.jpg?" That's the direct URL of the picture you posted.  ;)

Maybe that was the problem you were having? If you try and link through the URL you gave, it won't work. I just went to the picture itself to see it's Image Properties, then it's location.

It was the problem, hence the edit. I didn't realized the "copy image URL" of picassa is actually a link to some kind on online picture viewer instead of the actual picture  ???

Anyway, now I can let my.. hum.. creativity.. talk :)

They do that so you see the ads and they get traffic to their site. It's annoying, but understandable. When you're using the image link function on forums, you almost invariably need to actual file name, but they don't make it easy to get.

For a bit of sharing and probably the last one 'til I get her some proper clothes :)

Maybe it's me, but either she's wearing a lot of make up....or her face skin tone doesn't match her body skin tone.

Oh, and she needs to eat a sammich. Or twelve.

Skin tone is the same all over but the lightning I used for the scene makes it weird. Not to mention facial expression.. this one is the only shot I could get for now that doesn't make her look like the Joker.

Still needs work indeed.
