Saga ~ Our Online Roleplaying Family

Hi all

I started a poll topic here but found it too limiting, so instead I went with Survey Monkey.  My first attempt there, so I hope you enjoy it.

Basically, I seem to have been nomi-told that I'm organizing Saga in TOR.  That's a combo of nominated and told, if it isn't obvious.  I'm a bit uncomfortable with this because I'm waffling on my certainty that we have the pieces we need.  Certainly I'd love to be with Saga there, above any other option, and I may be able to bring a few compatible friends with me.  But I'd really like to ensure that (a) we have a real guild, not just a few players wearing the name for the sake of nostalgia and (b) that we're sufficiently on the same page that we can all be together.

So with that in mind, please complete the following survey if you intend to at least dip into TOR.  Hopefully the darn thing works as it should:

I think that hits it pretty well. I'm not currently looking at TOR, but I'm following your activity with interest. ;)

I have some friends who have informed me that I will be giving TOR a try.  I took your survey with that in mind, and with respect to how my playstyle has changed.  No promises....but you have input.

Monkeyed... I'd really like to see the result of the poll at some point if enough answers there is.

No possile friends to recruit on my side, they're all aiming at French speaking servers...

Will definitely be posting the results of the survey, as well as some analysis.  I have about 10 replies at present.  Would like to wait until we're sure we have everyone - maybe another week?

Thanks for replies to all who've participated.  To any who have not - please do!  It's only 10 questions and should be really fast.  As an added incentive, there will be a random drawing of all participants for one piece of phat, epic lewt in the new TOR game - to be selected at a later date.

I know that Tanuvan plans to play TOR, but he intends to play Sith, so if Saga is going to have a "light side" guild, he will probably say Hi but not join in.  I told him to come poke his head in here sometime soon.

I've been monkeyed and am interested to see how the survey turns out!

i've been a good monkey but judging by what's being said in the threads so far i think i'll be falling into the statistcal abnormality portion of the results graph :)

@tanare - don't be completely sure of that ... the great thing about a survey like this is (if I successfully avoided interjecting too much bias) it gets past the ability of the first few comments to colour all discussion that follows.

Still some time to go, of course, but I'm glad people are participating. The monkeys are glad also.
