Hiya
I was not sure where to put this. I guess this is as good as any but if it is not the right spot someone move it please.
I am in the process of character creation and I was thinking that my girl would be younger and still learning. Handy explanation for my rusty playing skills right now. So I find myself placing a personal ad of sorts
Is there anyone out there who would be interested in taking on a nice Miraluka Padawan? Kinda quiet but mostly obedient and eager to learn.
The idea intrigues me but unfortunately my character concept is still in the planning stages and unlikely to take a padawan at this time. Couple that with my play time being off and on, it doesnt make for a good master.
Had I been RPing a jedi I would've said yes right away, so I am sure someone else will take the offer! :D

You have a good point. My play times are not set either. I am thinking that the Master/padawan relationship will largely be text mainly because trying to get two people on at the same time frequently is not easy.
My main won't have a Padawan for quite awhile, but I look forward to seeing that play out. O0
I"m still flushing out my character, but I'm game. I've been thinking about him as a tired veteran. Lets shoot some ideas back and forth via PM.
Menemas
I plan on making my character a scholarly slightly airheaded one , who loves history and artifacts. Sort of based on Verin Sedai from the wheel of time series. I could function as a person you could talk to about ancient jedi lore perhaps?
I plan on fleshing that aspect out by hunting down all the datacrons I can.

So... does he prefer a salt water flush, or will we have to wait to find out?
Avoid :--- . They're binding.
If you are choosing Menemas, have fun on the Dark side, Kaliala.
He'll have your Padawan cheering for Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox & Bruins in no time.
My character has already had 5 padawans (http://evil-wizards.org/swtor-wiki/index.php?title=Val_Gith#Padawans_.5BRepublic_Order_Garrison:_3.7E7ATC.5D) IC throughout my RP of him over the last few years. He is now rogue from the Jedi Order and will never have a Padawan again. Sawwry : )

There's plenty of room in Titletown. Come on over, we'll show you how its done.

I will try. It might be hard since I can only get one message and then I am full. Good thing we have a little while before this has to be done

Are you saying the forum is only allowing you to have a single PM in your mailbox?
I was planning on my character, Vifi Sunfell (http://sagafamily.org/index.php?topic=5081.0), being an established (~ 39 year old human) Jedi Master at the time of TOR. So she could have a Padawan. I'm more of a noob than you are though. :D
I was planning on her being a capable, but not exceptional, master. She's the type of person who is cordial and diplomatic with people on or above her standing. But generally condescending and perhaps even bullying toward underlings. That's the concept at least.
So if you're interested in internal RP drama and an oil-and-water situation, there's a possibility here. ;D

After reading this post I decided to age Val Gith (http://evil-wizards.org/swtor-wiki/index.php?title=Val_Gith) up a few years from 27 as of game launch [10ATC] to 31 years old. He is a bit too experienced to be in his 20s I think so 31 sounds like a good age for him. And who knows, if they make Kel Dor available later I would imagine, like all other races apparently, they would live longer than humans so that would still be sorta young.
Being made a Knight by 25 years of age isn't too old is it? Iunno how old people usually are but I will attribute it to special wartime circumstances if that is too old I guess.

or you can do better and swap out Sliced bread (as in "the greatest thing since or else you're disrespecting us")...er the Patriots, for a REAL team like the Steelers... <waves his hand- you will ignore the title discrepenacy between the Celtics and 76ers> while keeping the Sox and bruins.

Hey! It has been YEARS since -I- brought up the issue of Titletown. However, I'm very happy to talk about it when someone else mentions it.

Menemas, I didn't realize you were a Sith. :mf_swordfight:
I hide it well, when I want to.

i always lose ground in these things when basketball is included- so i usually try not to bring it up :) fortunately the sox/bruins connection makes people assume i'm a celtics fan too so they avoid bringing up basketball too- except for laker fans.

Sweet cheeks, I can be whatever you want me to be. -blow kiss-
Wait what?
The concept of a male lush escapes me. :brfm
It escapes Noa too, but she keeps trying.
Although I don't plan on playing a Jedi, my Sith Inquisitor alt will probably wind-up being an apprentice to my husband's Sith Warrior (for convenience); any other couples out there planning on linking their character's background story with that of their significant other's?
