I was just in Boston about 2 months ago for a family vacation. Gorgeous city. Haven't been to a convention of any sort in 10 years, last was probably Otakon in the late 90s.

I may try to sneak over there, time and money permitting. It is Easter weekend, though; so there is a not inconsequential possibility that my entire weekend will end up being consumed by last minute planning for an Easter Egg hunt at church, setting up for the above mentioned Easter Egg hunt at church, and making sure the kids don't break their necks or my sanity during the event. :idiot2:

However, If I can slip away from church and school work for a while, I am totally up for it.

Ok, here is what you do. You tie up the kids up. Place a egg ten feet from them. Then tell them. who ever can get free. Wins the hunt.

Can't. We did that last year, and we try to throw in some variety every once in a while. :P

Anyway, it doesn't solve my problem of possibly needing to be in the same state as my church kids that weekend.

That is almost as far from me as one can get and still be in the continental US.  I don't think I'll be making it ...
