Hi everyone! I'm Antronna, and I play a Jedi Sage in the Old Republic. You may have met me before on the Saga Mumble as I have played PvP with Temus and a few others.
I've been playing TOR since it came out, and I am about to play Guild Wars 2 for the first time this coming weekend :tan: I decided to try to join now since school is not keeping me from playing and summer is always a great time to play games :)
I hope it is not too late to join and be a part of the Saga family!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga.
Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds have formed, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family.
To become part of that, please take the time to fill out the attached roster card and post it to this message. This procedure is for the others here who will not see you in GW2 so they can get to know you. You do not have to fill the roster card out to be part of Saga in-game. You can do it now or in the future. You can fill one out even if you do not wish to join the larger family. There is no pressure, and no rush. Take your time and look around.
As an Initiate, you should now have access to the private game related forums, such as questing and crafting disciplines.

Sure. A lick bath you Blech at, but you have no problem getting behind Kangaroo Jack and Crocodile Dundee.
I actually don't know what Kangaroo Jack is so if I am behind him it is purely unintentional.
As for Crocodile Dundee, why would anyone think it a good idea to be in front of him?

My character's name is Antronna. I will be making a female norn with an engineering profession. I don't usually like to have my characters evil, so her alignment is lawful good. So far, she does not have a crafting discipline or other talents. (Update: She is about 200 leatherworker) However, Antronna enjoys the company of friends and is willing to fight by their side at a moment's notice.
Do you have alternate characters on the same server?
I usually like to reach the highest level on my main character before I make an alternate character. I have never reached the highest except on SW:TOR. I've reached level 50 during the summer and I'm very proud to say I'm very slow with leveling. I will maybe make another character in GW2.
How did you hear of us?
Mostly from Mixxi and Temus. About a year ago, I was thinking about trying to join Saga, but I was way too busy with school. On top of that, I kept on thinking about how this would be my first time in a role-playing guild. I knew I would feel more comfortable getting to know everyone and learning about the role-playing environment during the summer.
Is there anyone you have gotten to know from our family, IC or OOC?
Mixxi and Temus. I also know Allen really well too. They are all so sweet I've also played PvP matches (before the lvl 50 PvP bracket existed for SW:TOR) with Tys, Valgith, Menemas, and some others. They were all so welcoming and I loved playing PvP with them.
What Roleplay games have you participated in?
Everquest 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and in a couple of weeks, Guild Wars 2.
What are you looking for as a member of our guild?
To feel welcomed, which I already do. Most of all, I hope people don't mind me asking stupid questions about the game. I started about 5 years ago with MMOs and I still feel like I'm new to this.

Tell us of your past.
*Grabs a cup of tea and sits down on her chair* When I was young, I used to be in a group with all types of norns. All were bold, strong, and courageous to fight. I, however, felt that I did not belong. My community was very harsh whenever I was not strong enough to kill. *Takes a sip of the tea* I wanted to give up because I felt that I was letting everyone down. I feared death, which was unacceptable. Then I turned 12-years-old. (sigh) Oh, the turning point in my life. My parents told me to go live and fight alone. They kicked me out because they did not believe that I was a norn. I would not be able to come back until they believed that I would never give up on my battle for myself and my friends. So as you can see *spreads her hands throughout the room to show her belongings* I live alone. I believe I have what it takes to kill anything, but I would not want to come back to my family. They abandoned me when I needed them the most *looks away with a disappointed face* I never want to see them again.
What hobbies and quests do you presently have?
When I realize that there are hidden places, I never give up to find the end of the path. *Looks happier when thinking about jumping puzzles* I feel that every time I see many trees or rocks around, I am convinced that there would be a chest at the end. The weapons and armor that I find looks spectacular on myself—if not, for my friends to have and wear. As for quests, I go from city to city to ask what it is that the citizens need. If someone asks me to do something, I will spend as long as I can to accomplish the task. I guess you can say that I am motivated, but patient. (laughs)
Where do you see yourself in the future?
I see myself proving to myself that I am a norn. *Feels annoyed* I don't want to think of the future right now. I have lives to save. *Stands up, leaves the house, and then comes back inside* What am I thinking, you should leave. I have to get ready and gather my bombs and flamethrower.
