Hey everyone. So I havent been on a lot recently due to just unexpected busy holiday stuff, as well as sickness after sickness. I seem to go from one thing to the other with little breaks in between of full health which I have used for partying. I have learnt my lesson though, just because I feel okay does not mean I should stay out till 4am every night in this crazy weather bar hopping and raiding 24/7 diners for smoked meat poutine.
Hope to be better soon and able to join everyone!
Wow, that's some lifestyle. :o Hope you're back soon. We miss you!
Hi Zem.
Your absense has been felt. I truly hope you are better soon. I am often ill, myself, so I know how frustrating it is and how much you want to make the most of full health.
Wishing you a speedy recovery and a less hectic life for a while so we can see you again.
Hi Zemnari, nice to meet you. :)
There is a little cabanes à patates in Portland, OR that makes some fantastic poutine. Are you from Canada?

Nice to meet you as well and yes I do live in Canada, in Montreal where all the good poutine is.
Lies. Clearly the best poutine is maritimer poutine!
Oh, that one sounds yummy too! I'm definitely a meat and potatoes girl. I like making fries topped with shredded barbecue beef or chicken. Adding cheese, makes it a trifecta!
Noa, if you put all that into a pie crust, you will have achieved perfection!
With a side dish of the best pizza in canada - new glasgow pizza.
Speedy recovery to you, Zem!

*ponders*
Savory crust made with potato, rolled a little thicker than normal into rounds. Spoon on cheese curd, shredded meat of choice, and gravy or barbecue sauce. Seal tightly and deep fry or bake.
Poutine pie! I may have to try this ...
