Heya Saga :)
Just wanted to let y'all know that my presence will be limited for a week or so. A family member is having health issues, and I'm making an out-of-state trip to spend time with him.
I do most of my gaming on a laptop, so I'll still be popping in when I can, but it won't be as often. I'll try to snag a few good tarantula or rattlesnake pictures during my hiatus, as both will be out and about where I'm heading ;)
/cheers, and back soon.
-Xerali
Hope the health issue gets resolved and he feels better!
Safe journey, and all my best to your loved one.
Travel safe Xer, and all the best to your family.
Have a good trip, Xer. Hurry back! We miss the general.
Thoughts are with you and your family member.
We miss you already. Safe travels and safe stay with all those creepy crawlies, and see you soon.
We'll miss you Xer! Best wishes to your family, and good luck with all that driving! :wv
I hope all is well. Best wishes :BH:
All is well, so far. Happily, I was able to make a new friend while out on a walk the morning after I arrived in Colorado. I know I've told stories to at least a couple of you about migrating tarantulas.

Lotsa good eatin on one of them.. mmhmmm.
Ooo, cool!
Does it have "Made on Earth" on the bottom of it?
*flips over the tarantula*
Nope, sorry Talon. No manufacturer's stamp, so I returned him.
Just checking in: I'll probably be out for a while still. I'll try to pop into Mumble/GW2; time is just short. Went on a coffee drive for general clearing of the head this morning, and had a wonderful photo shoot.

The mountains are part of the Sangre de Cristo range, and the beautiful aspens were in the San Isabel reserve.
Oh! The aspens! It's that time of year, isn't it. I can SMELL the air there. So takes me back to Tahoe and Hope Valley in the fall.
You're a lucky bastard, Xer.
It is only the most selfish part of me that can say, "Hurry back; I miss you" in the face of that kind of beauty.
Ugh. My surroundings have never looked more unappealing than after seeing those gorgeous photos. But you just keep your little, hairy, eight legged friend, and I'll keep my giant, airborne, mutant roaches, thanks!
Have fun, stay safe, and hurry back.
