Since your time is limited, i advise you to tell us when you guys would be able to join for the event. that way we can figure out at what time we should do it.
If we dont manage to arange this in time, we can simply do it next weekend or something like that.
So... Mixxi, Talon, Oakmist, everyone... it's your turn to tell when time allows you to join us.

Don't try to schedule around me. I am in the non-weekend part of my work rotation right now. I finish nights Monday morning then start mornings on Saturday morning. So two weekends in a row I am out :(

I'd love to join in with this! I'm available pretty much any time on Friday or Saturdays (and into early Sundays). I'm flexible. As far as I know, these next few weekends are free, too! With the amount of dying I do in the game, I'd like to take the fight to a big baddie. :police:

Sometimes we put up a vote. List dates and times and ask everyone to ding the times they can make it. I think, with our voting, you can enable picking more than one answer.
Then, the one with the most votes is the date/time it happens.
I could see it even taking two votes - one for the day, the second for the time.

I regret that I probably can't manage a day/time that would actually fit in with anyone else at the moment. I'm winding down my holiday and time is pretty scarce.
So I'll bow out of the tally but if it is a time when I am around (perhaps thanks to jet lag) I'll be happy to help out. Though I'm very far from being equipped for it. Diamonds required and so on.

Don't worry if scheduling is a bit of a pain. That's a Saga tradition also. The way it tends to work in "real" games is one of the following:
1. If it's a regular activity (such as a weekly dungeon crawl) it seems to evolve naturally from people being online at the same times regularly. We just notice. Then if it continues enough it becomes a tradition that people can plan for.
2. If it's more of an unusual thing, whoever is organizing just finds a time and advertises it. Sometimes that time will be based on known patterns of play, sometimes on specific people we need there, sometimes it's just arbitrary. So consulting with people is great, but we tend to have a "you run it, it's up to you" rule - as long as we aren't excluding people unnecessarily.
Oh, and as far as diamond gear is concerned, Pedekele and I are both working on it. =) It does, in fact, involve trading. And it even involves my too-large chicken farm, which keeps breaking the server.
I have not really played Minecraft since we copied our places over to the new server. But if I can find my place I am pretty sure I have enough Diamond to make an entire suit of diamond gear. I will need arrows though since it is a dragon and I would assume we need arrows to kill it. A good bow too.
Hmm, not sure we can come up with all the diamond armor, but we can attend any time you happen to have it.
I'm not sure what the survey says, but frankly, I'd suggest Pekedele just pick a time at this stage. If we're not careful, Landmark will come out before we get our raid on. And then this dragon might live forever. =)
Talon just left and I'm still kind of getting my head back together after having a family member leave after three weeks. I'd be thrilled to take part, although I'm definitely sub-diamond at this point. I can ping Scaz too. We'll try to make whatever folks come up with if it's not during normal work hours. We're pretty flexible now.

Pedekele kindly helped equip me and show me the portal to the dragon.
True to Talon luck, silverfish attacked me and I was pushed into the portal (from which there is no escape without victory or death). Current reports indicate that it was likely the silverfish and not Mixxi but investigation is ongoing.
I promptly logged out before I could be slaughtered so I'm sorry to say I'll miss the preliminary amassing but the plan is that I shall pop in once everyone is through the portal so I won't die alone.
I mean so we can conquer it together. Yes.

Scenario:
Vilidius' chicken coop reaches critical mass and causes a anti-bang that reverses time so that the ender dragon and the Wither/s are alive and must be vanquished to save us all.
Scenario Two:
Grimwyrd and Oakmist spent lonely nights at the enchantment table. One of Vilidius' many, many chickens broke free and fluttered on to the table at exactly the wrong moment.
The result opens a portal that engulfs the entire landmass and transports us all to an alternate dimension in which the Brave New Saga World has not vanquished the ender dragon. It is alive and attacking. Send out a call to heroes to assist!
Or maybe something a little more sensible. Whatever. But I'm pretty sure Vilidius' chickens are responsible in some way.
