Is there any plan for a 'Dominion Saga' guild? I have precisely one Dominion character, and if there aren't any plans to organize our authoritarian otherselves, she gets to be the only Dominion character I create.
I ask because (A) I haven't seen this issue brought up (meaning if it has, I missed it completely as I browsed through the topic listing - wouldn't be the first time), and (B) as I am currently the lighthouse keeper for both sides in SWTOR, I would make an exceedingly poor choice for leading any formal Saga presence on the Dominion side of the card.
This is just curious wondering - I'm not pushing for such a thing. If there are plans for such a thing, I'll happily contribute, but if no one's given it any consideration, I'll leave my esper as my sole face in Dominion territory, and conjure up two more Exiles to round out the roster. :viking2:
Not currently - I think we had discussions of making a dominion circle and perhaps a dominion guild for alts but exile is currently our main focus . Just not enough time to make a dominion guild at the moment.

Well, I definitely know where you are coming from. I am in the same boat with my dominion character ideas. To be honest I am kinda worried about what the community will be like there as I have already seen some concerning trends. While I find the lore there really appealing I think I would play less over there if I didn't have a core group of people I feel comfortable with to interact with regularly. I will certainly have at least one character there and would still love them to be a part of and interact with Saga as there is an addon out there that allows you to see cross faction chat.
That said it will probably be a while before I have the time to dedicate to a dominion alt. I would be pleased if there were a guild or circle over there to call home and certainly welcome anyone to let me know if they are interested in RP dominion side.
I currently have one character at 8th level or so, just puttering around Deradune Village, occasionally doing a quest here and there (and grinding a little more). Not sure what the specific requirements are for creating a guild, but I'd be surprised if I met them all. The developers have this notion that not being able to interact with your cross-faction alts via mail or banking is somehow 'nifty' ::) (I believe the term used was 'old-school'), and I would not be surprised if the 'nifty' mindset extends towards guild creation as well.
The biggest advantage (to my mind) to a Dominion guild is for Exile characters to be able to recognize Saga types should they encounter each other in Wilderrun, or wherever. That only adds to RP options in instances like that - my Exile engineer and my Dominion esper look exactly the same (minor tweaks and earrings aside), and this is no mistake. Once guild requirements are met (in the future...sometime...), I'll say something, but it's obviously not a driving concern at this point.
You know I had thought about doing something similar with one of my characters when I was torn between exile/dominion. I thought about having the same character on both sides to have access to both sides of the lore. As it is my dominion characters will be connected to my exile ones and in fact will be working together. So, my hope is to have them interact with Saga characters even though they are dominion side.
I would like it if there were more accessibility to our characters on the other faction. Isn't the AH cross faction so, why goods cannot be freely exchanged I do not know. I think to start a guild you need 10G and a char level 10? I am not sure. But like you while it's something I am really looking forward to it's something in the near future as I concentrate on my exile mains.

That's my hope as well. I spend most time on my main, but I try to pop over to the Dominion side and do a quest or two afterwards.

Level 10, I have...half a level done taking down 'Metal Maw' with roughly 20 other people (talk about logging in at the right time). Roleplay in Deradun was surprisingly vibrant this past evening, too.
