Welcome to Saga guild!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga. 

Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds are forming, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family. To become part of that, please take the time to fill out the attached roster card and post it to this message.

If, after your membership is accepted, you wish to become a Veteran you will be required to do a quest journal.  Your sponsor will prepare a journal for you with a question unique to you and place it in the Library within three days of your request to be considered for veteran status.  The quest requires that you interview at least three people who are of Member or better rank in game.  You will need to post their response and your reflections, if any, about the interview IC.  If you elect to apply for Veteran status, a majority vote of the leadership of the family at large is required to attain Veteran status.  You are not required to become a veteran if you do not wish to.

Just a reminder: after your first post you will be granted access to the private game related forums, such as questing and tradeskills.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get here!  All right, here we go.

Chaile, Human Female, Templar, Good, Spiritual but not currently religious *not yet high enough*.  Level 14 craftsman,working on provisioner.  However, Nixabella is NOT allowed in the kitchen while I'm cooking due to her habit of making stuff explode.

Far too many, as I'm still learning the ropes of EQ2.  Currently they're all either Qeynos, Neriak, or Exiled.

How did you hear of us?

Konnar is solely responsible.  Met him through Star Wars : Galaxies, and he's a stand-up guy.  I'd rather have him as my wingman in a Z-95 with a busted engine than anybody else in a gunship.

Is there anyone you have gotten to know from our family, IC or OOC?

Konnar, as I mentioned.  I've started making friends, Nixabella and Mabb particularly.

What Roleplay games have you participated in?

Oh, ye gods.  Longtime table top RPG player, Gemstone III back on the Prodigy network, EverQuest, Dark Age of Camelot, Star Wars : Galaxies, World of Warcraft, and now EQ2.

What are you looking for as a member of our guild?

Good people who know how to have a laugh, and don't mind to make a new person feel welcome.  So far, I've seen this in spades.

Tell us of your past.

Let's see.  Born and raised on a little island of 100 souls (and 97 bodies, old Zeke was a strange cat) where I developed a taste for seafood and fishing.  Parents still living there, they're decent hardworking fisherfolks who still ask Prexus very nicely for a good catch.  It works at least half the time.  No great tragedies or such to speak of, except having had to deal with horrible Qeynosian cooking.  Honestly, folks, in this huge multicultural city, you'd THINK somebody would have a decent meal somewhere.

What hobbies and directives do you presently have?

I cook, I fish, and I make the odd attempt at making my little inn room livable.  The biggest goal at this point is saving up enough to get a nice place in South Qeynos.  Nettleville isn't bad but those wacky Kerrans are up partying all night.  They'd be good neighbors if they'd actually invite a body.

Where do you see yourself in the future?

I see myself answering the call of whatever god or goddess speaks most directly to my heart, and delivering mercy and compassion where its most needed.

And maybe teaching Qeynos what real food is supposed to taste like.  That would be nice.
