Welcome to Saga guild!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga.

Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds have formed, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family.

To become part of that, please take the time to fill out the attached roster card and post it to this message. This procedure is for the others here who will not see you in GW2 so they can get to know you. You do not have to fill the roster card out to be part of Saga in-game. You can do it now or in the future. You can fill one out even if you do not wish to join the larger family. There is no pressure, and no rush. Take your time and look around.

As an Initiate, you should now have access to the private game related forums, such as questing and crafting disciplines.

Welcome, welcome, and more welcome!  It's great to see the guild growing in GW2.  We get spare parts from all over.  One day we're going to weld them all together and make a giant robot.

How did you hear of us? My wife was researching guilds for us to join in guild wars 2... she found you alls post on guildwars2guru and got so excited we moved servers.

Is there anyone you have gotten to know from our family, IC or OOC? Not as of yet but that shouldn't take long.

What Roleplay games have you participated in? Been playing RP games most of my life,  D&D, aD&D, Battletech/Mechwarrior, Lots of pen and paper experience.  My RP experience in video games starts with Ultima Online, moved on to EQ were my wife and I started Omani on the bertoxulus server but running a massive raiding guild was a lot of work in EQ so we eventually ended up making characters on Firiona Vie, from EQ we moved on to EQ2 were we had a small friendly guild called the Lost Coast Privateers.  Ended up moving on to WoW for awhile and have been game hoping ever since we left WoW. 

What are you looking for as a member of our guild?  At this stage in my MMO life im looking for a laid back but motivated guild.  I don't like feeling obligated to do things as when Im playing... I want to play.. not work.  That being said, I love trying to complete group challenges.

Lets see lets see.. I was brought up in the College of Statics.. working to further rebuild Rata Sum,  we are even doing research in the Metrica Province on a new city cube! By my ears its exciting.. I am currently working on improving my own device.. "The Infinity Cube" initially it could only give vague answers when asked about things in the future.  Now with some help from a few colleges we are opening up temporary portals to alternate futures!

Hobbies eh? I find i enjoy tinkering with the interactions of eternal alchemy and weapon and armor crafting.. you can find some surprising results!

With the help of my infinity cube I literally see myself in the future!  So.. myself? wait.. that can't be possible. where! ha.. I was in Divinity's Reach!
