The common cure for the full server blues is to log in at an unpopular time--like when people are at work fairly early on a workday.  *crosses her fingers and commences kicking people off of the server to make room for Noa*

If that doesn't work, in the mean time you are able to log in and play on an alternate server.

You can move home worlds/servers (and bring your characters with you) once per week so you can still play and chat in guild chat (Guilds are global) and even play in instances with the guild but not normal PvE (or World vs World PvP).

I hope you can get in quickly and painlessly. We look forward to seeing you. I'm sure Doctor Wiffle (Jasyn) is very eager for you to make his acquaintance, as you've no doubt already heard of him.
