SWG players can come home now?

I actually spent a lot of my SWG pre-NGE time flagged for PvP in the open world. Me. Spending hours PvPing. Did I mention this was me? That's how great the pre-NGE PvP system was. I have NEVER participated in anything like that before or since. The Rebel Alliance even had a network of spies that would hang around on street corners and shuttleports in Mos Eisley and Mos Espa. Imperial invasions of Anchorhead...trying to take down Imperial AT-STs among the dunes...dodging Imps in the alleys...such good times.

Here's someone else who thought so. Good article that runs down the pluses of pre-NGE PvP. Hopefully that's some of what they're going to bring back.

By the way, fun fact. I think this was Temus' first introduction to PvP.

Someone suggested a Planetside Next game featuring voxel based terrain and sci-fi themes. Hence the Space outfit you get in Landmark.
So EQN would be Fantasy based Landmark game.
And PSN would be Sci-fi based Landmark game.
Interesting idea.

The thought of seeing this new emergent AI system from EQN applied to something like a SWG reboot would be pretty amazing.
