[Wildstar] A void ing people

"Yellow-ish gold. That is how the alternate dimension known as the void makes everything look. Search me as to why. There are some things I will never know so I don't bother worrying about it too much. What I do know is that the void may look a bit odd, but it sure is quiet. And empty. And that's the good part about it.

Some people find a corner to hide in when they want to be alone or go into their rooms, if they have a personal one, and lock the door. The Arkship is pretty crowded and one little Aurin such as myself doesn't warrant a private room so I have to make do with what is available. So when I want to be alone, which is most of the time, I just slip into the void and stay there. Sometimes I stay there for hours or days. Most of the time I sleep there because the common sleeping areas are so crowded. I have my pack of belongings with a sleeping bag and that is all I need. Meal times force me to come out and see you others on the ship but other than that I am able to do my own thing.

Sometimes I will talk with the few Aurin that were able to get off of Arboria but I just can't seem to interact with anyone. It is not just me though. The other Aurin are the same. So much was lost when the Dominion came to Arboria. All because the exile fleet decided to make a stop! .... but I don't blame them for involving my people in this. All of this is on the Dominion. All of it ...

My name is Tecta and I am one of the rare Spellslingers from Arboria. Not a hugely common discipline for an Aurin but we definitely exist. I am here on the Arkship and headed for Nexus like the rest of you now that it has apparently been discovered. Hopefully this will give us exiles an edge in this whole situation. Otherwise we are basically dead with nowhere left to go and no real way to fight off the Dominion in a space battle.

I'll see you guys down there. All the transports are starting to gear up and get ready to get people down to the surface of Nexus to start colonization and perhaps a bit of exploration. I hope we find a bit Eldan gun down there so we can blow the Dominion armada out of the sky when they show up. Because you know they will be behind us eventually. May take them a bit of time to find us this time but they'll be here.

And when they do, I will be waiting in my nice yellow-ish gold get away just waiting to appear behind them and shoot them in the head. All of them..."

*Tecta slings her pack onto her back and saunters off down the hallway away from the seated group of people.*

She had never really spoken at these gatherings before but she figured now would be a good time since they could all be dead soon depending on how this whole Nexus thing went. Some people felt it helped getting together and talking about what their problems were and what they were feeling. Tecta mostly just listened when she actually showed up. Today she had spoken not to try to make herself feel better about her situation in life but to remind herself where she was coming from before she started off down this newest road to where she was going in life. The Dominion had attacked her home planet and chased the remaining exiles across the galaxy with genocide in mind. Arboria was not going to survive if the Dominion was allowed to live. The Dominion needs to be destroyed so that the rest of the galaxy can live peacefully on their own planets.

"Bring it on Nexus" Tecta muttered as she slipped back into the void. "Bring it on ..."

Vengenful Aurin definitely works.  Over all it works well I think with the presented lore.

((Thank you. Since this I have modified my character slightly to be a little less anti-social yet still vengeful against the Dominion for what they did to Arboria. But I am making it easier for RP so Tecta does have some friends instead of being a complete loner. Hence the current tavern RP))

Yeah I was actually noticing that with the Tavern RP going on and figured the "no friends" part was something that changed  .
