Initiate process and time

Hey folks, I know this has been addressed in mail ingame and with some of you through talking but I will just put it on the posts as well in case I missed folks.

While an initiate , you have the same privileges as a member , including guild bank access, setting up events , doing stuff with other guildies etc. The only thing that is different is the ability to vote on other initiates as well as voting on guild issues although feedback is always welcome. And currently we don't really have anything to vote on. The first major thing I can think off will be guild housing.
Anyway:
The initiate process is two weeks and is open to extension for another two weeks. As you know this happened to most initiates.
This isn't a reflection on just you but current members and scheduling.

Sometimes schedules do not mesh and unfortunately interaction can be minimal. And while folks may interact a lot with one or two folks, the feed back on initiate process really does call for at least about four people. This has applied to everyone, including family members of folks in the guild or friends folks know in real life.

Why is this important?
Because we do try to make sure folks who get in are a good fit for the guild. We do hold to the standard of low drama, no harassment and games are fun time.
Because once saga always saga. Once you are part of the guild , no matter how long a break you take, you are always welcomed back.
And when you come back, folks who have been recruited in your absence share that same mentality no matter what game they were recruited from.

Also keep in mind, while only some folks may have interacted with more than 4 members and move onto the voting process. These folks become members and then they leave feedback and vote. So the bottle neck does disappear.

In no way is this meant as a punishment. If we think you weren't saga material , believe me , we would make it apparent and part ways.

I like all of you . Im very happy with all our initiates . Im actually waiting for the day you guys become members and then I can start opening up leadership positions which you guys are already fulfilling. Its awesome. Folks setting up rp events, making saga ship lore, housing, helping others. It really makes me excited.

And once we get everyone into membership positions, I will give us some adjustment time and start recruiting a bit more actively again because I think we have something special here and I would like to bring in more folks that are just like you.

I will also take this time to note that unfortunately Forsetti did not make it through the initiate process. While he was one of the folks who had enough to be in the voting process, he did send tells to Tecta/valgith that were not of the kind we feel should not be in the guild . They were on the dramatic side and unfortunately of the tone we do not tolerate in the guild. We are as Ive always said low drama and casual . I wish him the best in his future gaming and hope he finds a place more to his liking.

ALso I haven't done a state of the guild yet because Ive been waiting for folks to transition into members but hopefully that will be soon.
