Welcome to Saga guild, Shadzia!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga. 

Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds are forming, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family.

To become part of that, please take the time to fill out the attached roster card and post it to this message. This procedure is for the others here who will not see you in EQ2 so they can get to know you. You do not have to fill the roster card out to be part of Saga in-game although it is required to be granted Veteran status. You can do it now or in the future. You can fill one out even if you do not wish to join the larger family. There is no pressure, and no rush. Take your time and look around.

The roster card contains the option of doing a quest journal or not.  If you elect to do a quest journal, the Mistress/Master of Initiates will prepare a journal for you and place it in the Library within three days of posting the roster.  The quest requires that you interview at least three people who are of Member or better rank in game.  You will need to post their response and your reflections, if any, about the interview.  If you elect to do the quest journal, a majority vote of the leadership of the family at large is required to attain Veteran status.  If you elect not to do the quest journal, a unanimous vote of the leadership of the family at large is required to attain Veteran status.  The process to have your application for Veteran status will take a period of at least two weeks.

Just a reminder: after your first post you will be granted access to the private game related forums, such as questing and tradeskills.

Hi Saga!  *waves*  Good to meet you!

I am Shadzia Forestdeep, female wood elf, goodly warden of Tunare.  At your service!  I hope my healing arts can be of assistance to all.  *smiles*  I am young in my warden skills as of yet, but I seem to be learning more each day.  I have also been trying my hand at increasing my sewing skills, I enjoy making useful items.  Dolls, light armor and bags are fun to make.

(This is my very first healer, I usually am DPS)  My alts are:

Kharisa Glorioso 57 season Wizzy of Qeynos, her Ice Comet will get you!

I heard about this fine guild through the use of a magical tome and the guild recuiting.  My husband, Wilanthalas and myself, liked what we saw here.  After looking over your charter and rules we decided to look you up and here we are!

So far my alts have had the pleasure of adventuring with Jasyn/Wiffle, Quince, and Grimaldo.  

I have been drug into the role playing realm by my husband.  We played table top DnD for many years and then played EQ1 for several years.  We have been playing EQ2 since its launch.

I am looking for a guild that wants to adventure together, have fun, role play and that is active.  I will say this, my other alts are members of another guild, however, that guild has recently become inactive, I hope to one day guild my alts to Saga as well.  My former guild was once very active, but it seems that one person lead the charge and when that person withdrew so did many others.  It seems that Saga has withstood the test of time and I hope this will not be a problem here.  I am not a raider and I do not power level.  I really enjoy doing quests!  However in EQ2 in order to do some of the quests, you need a raid, so I will raid when it is necessary.

I have read the Guild Policies and Guidelines... but I hope there will not be a test!

My past... Shadzia is a wood elf from the forest of Faydark, raised between the cities of Kelethin and Felwithe.  My mother and father were both healers, so I have learned their art. It comes naturally to me and I like to share it with others.  My husband is Wilanthalas and he was adopted many years ago into my clan... but that is his story to tell.  I am young as yet and want to see the world around me.  The adventuring bug has got me, I seek to serve Tunare and follow her path to the Truth.

Presently I have been sewing to keep myself and Wil properly clothed.  It is a challanging task, but I enjoy it.  I Also seek to follow Tunare and see what she has for me.

As to the future...well that is an open book, may Tunare guide my path!  I hope to have friends to share the adventure.
