Welcome to Saga guild!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga and you're already part of it!

Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds are forming, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family.

To become part of that, please take the time to fill out the attached roster card and post it to this message. This procedure is for the others here who will not see you in EQ2 so they can get to know you. You do not have to fill the roster card out to be part of Saga in-game. You can do it now or in the future. You can fill one out even if you do not wish to join the larger family. There is no pressure, and no rush. Take your time and look around.

I joined late last night with my pair of fat rat sisters, Thisbe the warden & Klara the illusionist. You probably won't see much of Thisbe though, if Klara has her way!

Do you have alternate characters (freeport/qeynos/etc.) (horde/alliance/etc.) on the same server?

I have a necromancer & coercer on the Freeport side, Siobha & Vladire. Umm, horde/alliance? My WoW characters are on Illidan & Emerald Dream

How did you hear of us?

I met the original Saga crew back in EQ1, before it was Saga even - I just might have had something to do with it being formed. Oops. If only I could go back and punch my emo teenage self in the face.

Is there anyone you have gotten to know from our family, IC or OOC?

I was extremely happy to discover Namae/Renei on the guild recruitment window! Other than that I'm not sure who still plays that I would know.

What Roleplay games have you participated in?

EQ1, EQ2, WoW, and last week before coming back to EQ2 I tried out the Vanguard & SWG trials finally. I actually really enjoyed Vanguard, but I have enough games on my plate right now, with expansions coming out for two of them shortly!

What are you looking for as a member of our guild?

Orangeblossom met you tonight!  I actually don't get IG on my good side characters much having GL of The Discipleship sort of thrown at me recently and all.

That said you are welcome to look up any of my girls.

Jystana is 80, a devout follower of Innoruuk and GL of TD.  She's also a bruiser and doesn't mind mentoring.  She's not the eat your face off mean stereotypical Inny DE.  She's sort of got this idea that its a shame to waste anyone you can use so she's very civil.

Tulia is a wizard and also in TD.  She's a half elf and the best way I have to describe her is a creepy cultist.  She's shy and again not an in your face hater and she blushes all the time being very timid.  Just don't try and reconcile that shyness and the almost adoring way she'll kill you if asked by a guild officer in TD.

You'll find me on those two most often, but if I do venture to the good side, you'll see me most often on Orangeblossom my halfling provisioner/templar or Dicey my barbarian swashbuckler.

It really was fun to be around last eve and meet you once again!

Man....it's been forever now since FV day one eh? Yet in some wasy that seems still so fresh in my mind. Most fun I have ever had playing an on-line game by far.

I will be about as I am able, and once I press through getting Oozag into Qeynos safely, it'll be fun to get a group now and then eh? Do people still play Sunday mornings ever? (I used to run Vigo on Sunday morning in Freeport with the evil ratonga alts from y'all.....and I could often keep a regular date at that time.

It was great to meet you earlier today Blossom! And Oozag - you made me feel like a war hero or something, haha. I sure miss the old days!

I also spend a lot of time on the FP side, Blossom,  though less these days since my guild vanished while I was on vacation. My necromancer Siobha (75) is my first love, but my Qeynos friends are much chattier lately!

I'm looking forward to grouping with you Ooz! Klara turned in a mass of collections so I'm already staring level 30 in the face, but I'd still like to go back and knock out quests and maybe run some lower dungeons if you're up for it!

Sunday mornings? I don't know about that! I'm on every day (I'm a Canadian living in the US at the moment without a work visa or anything to do until the government decides to approve my marriage paperwork -- so I'm on a whoooole lot!) But... I'm a bit of a nightowl. Hopefully we can work something out!

What timezone are you in?

I, too, have a few low level chars....well, atually, ALL my chars are under lvl 15 except for my main.  And I just rolled a cute little Fae that's going to drive Njorn crazy (if that's even possible).  Though I was also thinking of rolling an Arasai so I'll be on the same betrayal boat as you.

If you have a sad and lonely alt on the evil side and don't want to betray because you like the class, any of you are welcome to pop your alts into TD.  They have to worship Inny, but other then that there is no real restriction.

TD is small atm though so there are time when you'll be the only one on.  TD is 56ish guild level I think.  Can't remember at the moment, so you get whatever advantages come with that as well.

And WELCOME!  I know Klara and Soteira met the other day...Tira has been left with deep confusion.  She is now convinced that fae look like ratongas (she's new to all these races, being a sheltered human most of her life)  I'm sure it will get cleared up sooner than later

My computer is down and, now, joy to the world, my personal life just got a whole lot more complicated.  Hopefully it will all sort out soon and I"ll be ig with some kind of ...randomness...
