Its that time again!

We had a fierce season last year with some surprises.

I've reactivated the league, and its tiem to start thinking about the draft.  We have room for more if anyone wants to get in on the action.

i vote in favor of ending the season oh two or three weeks earlier. that way my dominating regular season run doesn't get bounced in the playoffs in the semis. or whenever it was. i do recall i lost

It's true, one pain in the tookus is when you have a great team, ane a couple of your star players play at best a half of the final game of teh season when their teams are locked in playoff position...and you lose because of it.

I am not proposing this, but if others want to....I think the season could be changed so that the weeks 1-14 are regular season, week 15 is playoff round one, and week 16 is the championship. Week 17 we wouldn't play, in order to avoid goofy stuff. Not saying that is what we should do, but something along that line might be possible.

my money league does it that way. week 17 doesn;t really happen. everything's done by week 16- though there are still occasions where one or two teams clinch early and sit players but 99% of them will play a good chunk of week 16 anyway. at worst they'll get taken out early if the team is way ahead or behind but for the most part they'll play the whole game because coaches don;t wnat them rusty for the playoffs (exspeically if they have a bye week)

week 17 you can have 6-10 teams resting guys due to playoff seeds getting locked up.

not really a big deal in this league though, it just for fun anyway so no real need to change it if people don;t want to.

Right...so as I currently count we have:  Myself, Kage, Dexter, Tanare, and Corsair that I know are paying attention.  We're missing Elloise and Nina, and we need a replacement for Jodas.  Two more wouldn't hurt either.  If we don't get a response from anyone REAL soon, we'll have to scrap this year.
