Welcome to Saga guild!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga. 

Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds are forming, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family.

To become part of that, please take the time to fill out the attached roster card and post it to this message. This procedure is for the others here who will not see you in GW2 so they can get to know you.

Just a reminder: after you become a member, you will be granted access to the private game related forums, such as questing and tradeskills.

Apologies for taking so long...been a crazy work month plus my PC's been mainly used as a media PC lately


Name: Baelemar Keller
Race: Human
Class: Warrior (Has also been known to dable in engineering)
Alignment: Chaotic Good

Baelemar's past has not always been clear to many. He may let out a tidbit here and there should he be in a mood to do so.  What is clear about him is that he is one driven by action rather than words. Also clear is that he is one who is quite protective about those close to him, valuing family in all forms it may take. Anything or anyone that tests this quickly realize the mistake they've made. Bael is also known to be a wandering spirit preferring the wilds, and only spending time in the cities for trade and supplies.

Vorgal Stormfury (Charr Warrior), Garsh Grimclaw (Charr Elementalist)

How did you hear of us?
Through Ethawn and Elly primarily, then through the joining of Saga and the Hammers in GW2.

Is there anyone you have gotten to know from our family, IC or OOC?
Spent time with various Saga members during the time with the Hammers. Specifically had spent the most time with Tuppen, Mixxi (*whispers* Helloooooo...) and Talon.

What types of roleplay games have you participated in?
Offline - Close friends from highschool (including my History teacher!) and I still get together to do table top pnp like DnD and other custom campaigns.
Online MMO's - Started with good old Ultima Online. Many fond memories playing that one.  Then it was EQ2, CoH/CoV, WoW, GW1, SWTOR and GW2.
Online Non-MMO - I was part of a team that ran a custom persistent (mini MMO) world for NWN that had a great community of RP'ers and casual gamers alike.

What are you looking for as a member of our guild?
Fun times with no worries, a new home with both new and familiar folks.

Tell us of your past.
My past? Hmm, *pauses a moment* perhaps a short bit then. I was taken in by a weaponmaster when I was quite young.  It was he, of course, who had trained me in the use of various weaponry. More importantly, taught me to balance this *taps his head with his finger* and this *holds a closed fist over his heart* in a battle. What you have in hand after that does not matter. I learned much from him.  But perhaps that is for another day.

What hobbies and quests do you presently have?
Always fond of the 'hunt'.  Whether hunting treasure, beast, bounty or dragon..the promise of adventure that challenges one's every skill is something I always look forward to.  Tinkering around with some mechanized weapons a certain Asura's been sending my way.

Where do you see yourself in the future?
Fighting the good fight. And from what I've observed with many of your folk, fighting that good fight along side many of you.
