Is there anyone you have gotten to know from our family, IC or OOC?
Too many to list here.  I joined Saga in 2005 and over the years have served in numerous capacities including as Mistress of Initiates, Officer, and Guild Leader in EQ2 and Vanguard. 

What types of games have you participated in? (include all types, such as pen/paper or MMORPGs, PC, Console, board games, card games.)

I enjoy all types of games.  I play cards - I'm a wiz at Cribbage!  I play board games - Scrabble is my favorite.  I love puzzles.  I have played all types of console games.  My favorites are the Zelda series.  My least liked are the first person shooter games.  I get carsick.  heh. 

As for RPGs, I began in the Forgotten Realms and Ultima games.  I played some tabletop D&D.  My first MMO was EQ, where I was a member and later an officer in League of Honour.  Also EQ2 since I joined Saga.  I played in Vanguard for a few years and played Age of Conan for a year or so.  I dabbled in Star Wars, Star Wars The Old Republic, Rift, The Secret World, Guild Wars 2, and World of Warcraft.

What other games are you interested in that Saga participates or is moving towards?
Looking forward to Landmark and EQN!

What aspects of gaming have you enjoyed in the past and/or looking forward to enjoying with Saga? Light raiding, dungeon delving, situational roleplay, story-writing, crafting, PvP, etc.   I have participated in all of these and look forward to doing so again!

What are you looking for as a member of our guild?
To share my time on-line with a group of people whose creativity and sense of humor make gaming such an enjoyable activity.  I have been in other guilds, but I have never seen one that could equal the members of Saga and the guild that we have here.

I be a farm lass.  Ain't had much in tha way o' book learnin', but I do be knowin' tha runnin' o' a farm.  Me ma died tryin' ta bring me brother inta tha world when I were a wee lass an' I don' took o'er 'er duties til I left me home at tha' age o' 17.  I met me husban', Bahladar, when we were both learnin' our trades a' Queen's Colony.  I had ta fetch 'im o'er tha head wi' a bucket o' ale ta git 'im ta notice me, but after tha', we got along fine.  We found our way ta Qeynos after finishin' our trainin' and ha' fought many years since in tha good fight fer tha Queen.

What hobbies and quests do you presently have?
I do enjoy me cookin'. 

Where do you see yourself in the future?
Bein' a good wife to me man, mebbe hangin' up me blade one day an' livin' full-time in me 'ome in New Halas.

Why do ya wanna know?  Ya from the authorities or somethin'?  *assesses the questioner with a slender arched eyebrow over green eyes, then shrugs*  Well, I suppose it's alright, if ya care ta buy me a whiskey ... better yet a bottle ... I suppose I can sit down an' tell ya all about me.  *takes a minute to pour a shot, rolling the liquid around her mouth for a second before shooting down the contents and pouring another*  Good stuff, tha!  *grins*  Okies, where to begin?  I was born in tha streets.  Mother's a whore, don't know who my father was but clearly an elf ah some sort.  *runs a surprisingly delicate finger along a gently tapering ear*  Ma died when I were ... oh twelve or so.  Ain't exactly sure how old I am now, but it's been a good ten years or more.  Anyways, after Ma died, I took to tha streets.  Didn't want ta turn out like Ma, so I joined tha Emporer's army when I was fourteen and yeah *glares* I lied about my age ... so sue me.  Managed ta git inta tha Emporer's special squad an' no, I ain't sayin' how.  Tha's my business an' none ah yours.  Turned out I had a knack fer killin' folk an' maybe woulda stayed but I ran inta a feller tha helped me see tha error ah my ways.  The monks took me in, for why I canna tell ya.  I think I was a special project ah theirs or somethin.  Anyways, they taught me to use fists an' feet stead ah tha blade cause I didn't want none ah tha' no more.  Tha life of a monk never set well wi' me.  *winks and pours another glass of whiskey* an I set out ta earn my livin' more honest like.  All kinda folk will pay someone ta take care ah tha mess they find themselves in.  Long as they weren't askin' me ta kill somebody tha didn't deserve it, I have no problem relievin' em ah their coin.  An' no.  I ain't got no causes.  I fight for me.  Long as I got a nice bed *eyes the bartender with a leer and winks at the questioner*, a bottle ah whiskey, and a open road, I'm satisfied.  Most o' these do-gooders canna say as much.

Where do you see yourself in the future?
*shrugs*  Dead most like.  Though I imagine I'll have a lot ah fun before I get there.

Disclaimer - Jez in Vanguard started off this way, but became more good oriented as her development progressed.  In SWTOR and other games I have played her, her character has returned to her roots.  A mercenary, hard drinker, with a slender moral compass i.e.  No jobs where the innocent are killed.  She is not particular who she sleeps with - though to avoid problems her lovers are imaginary friends such as the "bartender".  This is the Jez that developed further in Age of Conan and SWTOR and the character-version of her I like best.
