Guild Master and passing around financing things

I was grumbling that the guild emblem was going to take another 100k out of Tariq's pocket (and I'm not a particularly big AFK fisher or grinder, so I'm not hugely wealthy). Talon offered to step into the position so that he could pay the fee for the emblem. It comes out of the Master's cash if there's not enough in the guild bank.

The guild bank money is cut in half when leadership is passed. If there's nothing much in there, it doesn't matter. If we have money there, then we don't need to pass it around.

If we ran a gathering mission, we'd actually get some money there. It would be a good idea to do that sometime, I think, but people seem pretty busy.
