Black Desert Gathering Map (shows nodes and individual resources)

For individual gathering spawns: search for the resource you want (e.g., Fir), select Fir Timber from search results list, click on the magnifying glass in the Fir Timber info pop-up to highligh Fir spawns on the map).

This guy's series of videos on each class and their skills. Fairly short, definitely to-the-point, and makes choosing those skills while leveling up much more of a considered choice. Rare gear drop spreadsheet. Note: This is not comprehensive. For example, my favorite place to spend some slaughtering time for good drops is the Abandoned Quarry, which isn't even on this list.
