I thought since it's Old Folk's Week I would post this.
Actually, I just found it in another thread I read as I walked down memory lane.
I hadn't seen the picture before. Though I had seen the banner.
In fact, I was there when FV claimed that banner and I signed it, though I have no idea what name I used at the time. If you want to know Saga history, or more importantly Firiona Vie/Everquest history, this is an epic artifact.
And if you are trying to figure out who that woman is, well, you probably don't know her. She used to play a Dark Elf named Didi.

For some reason the pic won't show for me. I still have many fond memories of EQ and still speak to a friend via the launcher that plays there. She has actually been hopping into EQ2 some , wanting to play around when Velious comes out. I definately would not be surprised if some of you knew her , Elhana Mistfall. She was in the Court with me for a long time , she is in Kelethin Legion now if I recall correctly

Hey - now there's an interesting idea (re: Court of the Crosswinds).  We should really reach out to other folks from old time EQ Fellowship guilds and see what they are up to for Rift.  Those were good folks, and our ranks are going to be very very thin if we only go with established Saga.  Posting more to that other thread.

It's been a while, but from time to time I popped into FV for old time's sake with Beren, and wa lucky enough to get to say hi to Elhana a time or three.

As for the guild Didi was in...with Gray...crap what was that name....was it the League of Shadows?

Oh my... did Elhana ever have a character of the same name on AB in EQ2? 

It's probably been well over a year (maybe more than two) now, but someone with that name sent me a tell in game out of the blue one day, and even though the name was vaguely familiar (even to other folks I asked who were logged in at the time), I could not remember how I knew her or she me for the life of me, and I'm not sure she was able to remember either, but she was convinced we knew each other at some point in the distant past (she said she had been away a while, and I myself had just returned from a hiatus).  I was really racking my brain over it for a long time because it just bothered me that I couldn't recall.  I felt so rude because usually I don't draw a complete blank on someone I've known before, but she was so nice about it.  If she was from FV, maybe I was trying in vain to remember by thinking about the wrong game the whole time.

She's the most wonderfullest person. And someday, as I told my wife last night, I will meet her.
