Bahladar's Tale

Now where to start.... Me family I neva knew. Likes a lot of folks, me parents died before they were rescued From what I knows, me parents were good folk but besides that, I knows verra little of them. From me understandin, there was the group me family was travelin with that looked afta me until we were rescued and brought to the Queen's Island. Afta that, Captn Warrik looked afta me discipline and pointed me in the right direction.

From me youth, I was put inta tranin for defendin Qeynos, and I also enjoyed workin at armor smithn. I would pester mender Mannus ta give me odd jobs when I was not busy in me learnin battle tactics. Hayl McGuinness kept me busy most of tha time though in trainin how ta fight. Once I was fit enough with me sword, Mista McGuiness sent me to work on tha ships for Captn Varlos as a guard to protect tha passengers and loot from pirates and creatures that thought we looked tasty. That's where I bumped inta me wife or ratha she bumped inta me!

I was on me break and sittn down drinkin an ale when all of a sudden I was seein stars. When I came to, I was covered in beer and had a big knot on me head. Me vision started to clear when I saw a beautiful red headed Halasian lookn down at me with what I thought was a grin on her face. I was pretty upset but her beauty and that grin took me heart. I must have been oogling because she asked me if I was eva going to get up off me butt and help her clean up the mess or sit there staring. I still think she did it on purpose! Afta that day, we spent most of our free time togetha when we were not workin. I guess it be love at first knockout! Boudeccai and me got married shortly afta on shore leave in Queen's Colony, and I neva been more happy since!

Now that I be married, all the travelin on the seas was taking it's toll. Boudeccai and me were not always able to get on the same ship so we ended up movin to Greystone Yard. I took a job with the Seventh Smith's Society workn on armorsmithin while me wife worked on provisioning. We spend most of our time harvesting and making armors and provisons but it be betta than being apart. On our days off, we go explorin for treasures which always we look forward to doin.

Me full time job be keepin me wife happy. I enjoy bein with her and thank The Tribunal for bringin her into me life even though I had one heck of a headache from it. When I am not doin that, I plans on spendin me days on becomin a betta smith and exploring the new lands for treasures with me wife and me friends I have met in Saga.

Marrage or ta drink ale! Tha be me thoughts!

Boo's been sayin I am gettin thick in tha middle.  I says nonsense.  I knows I nay thin as I used ta be but ye need a bit of paddin betweens ye vitals and yer amor. I been tryin ta convince er of tha but it like talkin ta a wall.  Luckily I be smart and knows peoples tha look out fer me. If nay, I thinks I would run away.  She probably track me down then beat me a good one if I did tha.  Ye knows, I thinks tha why I still loves er!  I guess I keeps up tellin er tha I be nay drinkin until she gets ova this and sees it me way. She be tha onla lass I met tha could kick me rump and then win me back with a smile.  Somethin verra special about er.
