Welcome to Saga guild!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga. 

Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds are forming, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family.

To become part of that, please take the time to fill out the attached roster card and post it to this message. This procedure is for the others here who will not see you in EQ2 so they can get to know you. You do not have to fill the roster card out to be part of Saga in-game although it is required to be granted Veteran status. You can do it now or in the future. You can fill one out even if you do not wish to join the larger family. There is no pressure, and no rush. Take your time and look around.

The roster card contains the option of doing a quest journal or not.  If you elect to do a quest journal, the Mistress/Master of Initiates will prepare a journal for you and place it in the Library within three days of posting the roster.  The quest requires that you interview at least three people who are of Member or better rank in game.  You will need to post their response and your reflections, if any, about the interview.  If you elect to do the quest journal, a majority vote of the leadership of the family at large is required to attain Veteran status.  If you elect not to do the quest journal, a unanimous vote of the leadership of the family at large is required to attain Veteran status.  The process to have your application for Veteran status will take a period of at least two weeks.

Just a reminder: after your first post you will be granted access to the private game related forums, such as questing and tradeskills.

Hellos!  It's sos nicee to meets yews guys!  Lets me introduce myselfs...

Introduction:
Name: Opheliya, but yews can call me Ophy, or 'Pheli for short if yews wants.

Race: 'Tonga... Is thats ok? Is knows some peoples dont likes 'tongas.  But I's promise, I's not bad. Look, I's clean!

Gender: I's a girl.

Appearance: Oh, me's very small.  The Bad Troll called me runt.  I's small, but I's beeee-uteeful!  He tries to stain my pretty white fur, but it no work.  It still all white, and softee.  He tag us tongas, in our ears and lips and nosey.  Tags for numbers, tags for notes, tags for  holding tags... me's think he just likes to put holes in us!  'Specially me.  Me's has big ears.  Six tags in them! But HA's! I shows him!  I take tags out and have pretty gold jewlerys now!  Bad Troll can't make me uglys!

Class: Illusionist (53).  I promise nots to control any of yews minds though.

Alignment: Oh, I's a good 'tonga.  I never hurts peoples.  I lives in Kelethin, in a pretty tree!

God: Quellious.  Hers alot likes me, wanting peace and wanting to know things.

Other talents:  I can turn some things into other things with 'muting.  I's not so good at it yet, but I's working on it.

How did you hear of us?  ((Searching through the Guild Recruitment page in game.  I"ve seen some of you guys around, and its always been a positive experience.))

What Roleplay games have you participated in? ((This is my first MMORPG, but I've been playing since almost launch.))
What are you looking for as a member of our guild? (( Just fun people to RP with, have fun and hang out.  I'm not very demanding and dont expect you to hold my hand ;-)

Questions:

The Past: I thinks I's born in Freeports.  First things I remembers is a cage.  Thats kinda wheres I stayed mys whole life, with The Bad Troll.  Hims didn't lets us out much.  He had bunches of tongas.  He tries 'speriments on us.  He always grumbly, 'bout how troll'ys can be smarts, and he shows them (whoevers them was; him was crazy).  I's dont know what him was trying to do.  He not talk to us 'cept when we had'da do somethings.  He gives us bad potions and posions.  They tasty horribles!  And needles are sticky and burny.  He makes lotsa tongas died; all kinds of tongas.  He keeps tongas in his basement.  Freeport guards don't care what he do's to tongas.  We's just ratsies.  Well, Pheli <giggles> (thats me!) is no ratsy!!  Me's a good tonga! 

After lotsa 'speriments I finded out me's can do weirdy things.  Me's can control peoples and thingys.  I can make lotsa them do what mes want!   Me's a little scaredy of this.  Thats how I 'scaped from The Bad Troll.  I made him go sleepy!  Then me's let all the tongas out of cages.  Well, mosty of thems.  Some were... <shudders> me not talking about it.  <perks up> Anyways, we gets out!  Now Pheli is free!!! 


What hobbies and directives do you presently have?  Oh, lets sees... hobbies... <thinks hard>... Well, I's just like wanderings around reallys.  I's was cooped up so longs, now me's wants to see everythings!  This worlds is so bigs, so many places to goes and things to do's!  I's used to stay in a gypsy camp and theres was so manys neat peoples there, buts theys all sorta wandered away <shakes head> silly gypsies...  Anyways, I's wants to meet peoples, and see things, oh, and taste things!  We's only ate lefovers mushy goo with The Bad Troll.  My goodness, buts the wonderfuls things there is to eats out theres!  Watermelons, and tomatoes, and apples, and cabbage, and spices, and... <eyes glaze over and stares into space for a moment before shaking herself back to reality>  So mys directive good sirs and ladies, is to explore and live!!

Where do you see yourself in the future?  Wells, I hopes to get stronger and maybes learn to controls my skills better.  I's would also likes to meet some new peoples to be friends with.  Just not any trolls, okies? I's dont think mes quite ready for thats yet...
