I added the signature that SOE supplies to us to my profile here. Only problem is that my paperdoll image is up too high and I don't know why.  Anyone know what might be a good way to fix it or if a fix is even possible? Or should I just hunt down one of those nifty sig making people and get a custom?

Namae Nai

There's a complicated way to do this. You have to take a paperdoll screenshot in game (there's actually a button you can set for this in Options), then upload it via the EQ2 Players site.

That's all I know!

That's what I did. If you look at my sig, you'll see that the image itself only shows the bottom half. Under that is black nothing.

I'll either make my own or find someone actually talented to make one. I don't care enough to fix one of SOE's problems that I'm sure they could care less about.

As of 22 May 2009, the behavior you're experiencing is still on the Web QA's list of verified issues needing to be fixed.  Sorry, no help!  :(

I tried to combine the SOE signature picture with Zerzal's motto.
Did not work.
Somehow the picture code gets messed up, unfortunately.

Hello all,

I have very good news! The signature alignment issue has been resolved.  The fix however does not re-adjust any old images that you may already have uploaded. So in order to get your signatures to display properly you must re-upload your photos.

-If you have any further questions or continue to see this issue, please feel free to post it.

So, they should work again. I'll find out in 24 hours when the pictures are supposedly updated in the sigs themselves.
