Welcome to Saga guild!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga. 

Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds are forming, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family. To become part of that, please take the time to fill out the attached roster card and post it to this message.

If, after your membership is accepted, you wish to become a Veteran you will be required to do a quest journal.  Your sponsor will prepare a journal for you with a question unique to you and place it in the Library within three days of your request to be considered for veteran status.  The quest requires that you interview at least three people who are of Member or better rank in game.  You will need to post their response and your reflections, if any, about the interview IC.  If you elect to apply for Veteran status, a majority vote of the leadership of the family at large is required to attain Veteran status.  You are not required to become a veteran if you do not wish to.

Just a reminder: after your first post you will be granted access to the private game related forums, such as questing and tradeskills.

What Roleplay games have you participated in?

I don't usually do MMOs, but I used to tabletop RP three nights a week, including D&D, Marvel, World of Darkness, etc.

What are you looking for as a member of our guild?

I'm hoping to make friends and meet people that can help me be a little more efficient at learning the game.

Tell us of your past.

I am originally from Freeport and lived there until recently. There's little of interest to say about my life there, and I don't like to discuss my particular reasons for leaving, but suffice it to say that I broke no ties in doing so that I regret severing, and I have no reasons to miss it.

What hobbies and directives do you presently have?

I have ties now that keep me in Qeynos, so I'm putting a lot of effort into meeting people, getting to know the city, and learning how to fit in even though most of the animals in town seem to find me rather suspicious. I've also begun learning armorsmithing to keep myself busy.

Where do you see yourself in the future?

To be honest, right now I'm not entirely sure. I've spent so long focused on leaving Freeport and getting myself set up somewhere else that I haven't put much thought into what I wanted to do after I succeeded. So far, though, things have started falling into place, and I hope that when he time comes where I should be will simply make itself evident.
