Tha Winstalker Rumbla!

Me wife and mees was workn on gatherin supplies for our trades when we came across a travler layin on tha road by tha oracle towa. We at first thought them nasy gnolls got em and nothin we could doos but we saw that he be alive, at least for the time bein. Me wife pulled out some of er drinks and tried ta revive tha poor fella even though I thought he be a gonner. He finally came too and started mumblin about a huge beast in tha gnoll caves. I did nae take no notice ta tha mumblins until I saws a huge bite mark on tha poor feller's arm. I then started ta ask em more about this beast.

He told me that he was spyin on tha gnolls ta see what they be up ta when a huge rumbler came up from behind em and nearly killed him. He was able ta run fast enough tha he made it out of tha caves and guessed tha rumbler did nae like tha light. Next thing he knows he be here. He said that he must a passed out.

I looked at me wife and saw she must a be thinkin tha same thing. We needs ta end this threat so nobodies else gets hurt by this beast. I guess tha traveler could read what we be thinkin because he said that we needs ta get several groups togetha to kill this thing. Well, one thing ye can nae tell me wife is tha she can nae do anythin so she started headin off ta tha cave. I ran up ta er and we headed ta tha gnoll caves ta see this beast.

We started battlin tha gnolls at tha entrance until tha saw there was nae chance ta drive us back. The othas tha we did nae kill, tucked their tails and hid from us. We follered tha fresh blood from tha traveler ta a big room filled with rumblers. Then all of a sudden, a huge rumbler jumped out behind a rock and began ta attack me wife.

Me wife began beatin on tha things head and yellin at me ta hurry up. It would look bad if she killed it herself and did nae give me a chance ta do anything so I charged in and got tha beast's attention. I then noticed this rumbler was just barely gettin hurt from us and told me wife ta not tire herself out since this would be a long fight! Afta about an hour, tha beast was still alive. I could nae belive it! Tha stranger was right about it bein tough. I was ready ta call a retreat when me wife said ye betta stay there or ye neva see another ale again. That all she needin ta say ta get me back ta fightin.

Tha beast was finally about done in but we was also. I was bleedin so bad tha I thought I was done fer. Me wife rans out ta energy ta keep me healed, and I was fallin fast. Me wife found tha energy ta heal me one last time! It was a small one, but I saw tha beast's eyes finally get frightened. I plunged me sword deep as me wife smacked it on tha head with er staff. It was a matta of luck ta see if this beast would die before it would kill me!

There was a mighty crash! .................Tha rumbler fell ta tha ground. WE WON! I was in nae shape to celebrate, but this beast would nae be harmin anyone else in tha near future. I must tell tha guards about this creature because I am a sure there must be others! We limped from tha cave victorious this day. I told me wife that next time I will nae foller her if she does nae wait for help though! I guess she knew better and tha me love will always keep me follerin her. She just smiled and gave me a kiss.
