Thorin looks a little thinner, younger and... "slicker"... than I ever imagined, but he does have a appropriately haughty, aristocratic look.

Just got done reading this with my daughter. Teach your children well, they say. Can't wait to take her to see it.

The trailers looks very promizing. I just hope it'll be a bit lighter than the LOTR movies, it used to be a children book and I'd hate not to be able to bring my daughter to see it because it's too 'realistic' (for lack of better word).
