Ah, the enthusiasm of a child. We just got lots of my old Legos (and my brothers) from my parents.

Legos rule!

I recently broke out my Mindstorms kit and built a functional (but wobbly) AT-AT walker.

Lego...and by that I mean less the "Bionicle" and action figure/movie license type stuff they focus on more recently...but real lego you make random stuff with, is about the best toy ever invented.

Using said legos to impart the foundation for proper beheading techniques? Priceless.

Side note, I was like 10 when Star Wars came out. I had a few of the original figs they made. (The ones you can pay for a kids college with now, but which I gave to a nephew 20 years ago sadly.) But they were not my favorite toy. Lego was way better. I typically had more fun building fleets of Imperial and Rebel ships, and then had battles with them! I liked something called Micronauts though!

I've been pulling apart sets for a while now, breaking them down into constituent Lego parts.  A few Harry Potter sets from my younger brother. 

I can't find a lot of my old generic space set Legos.  I need wings to make cool spaceships!
