Ladies and gentlemen and halfings it is a great pleasure to introduce our first GW2 Recruit. A personal friend of mine and someone brave enough to join a portion of Saga that is under my leadership: Vyvian.

I will let them introduce themselves formerly, but I did not know where to instruct them to post their introduction post so I just threw one in the OOC/OT area. Ryland can yell at me later about it.

Greetings Earthlings!

As Tys has suggested, I have been brought on board for the upcoming GW2 release to join my fellow gamers in the grand adventure!

For those interested, my name is Cassie, and I have known Tys for a good number of years - more than I can count on both hands. I'm a seasoned gamer who just recently came off the WoW high and have had a hard time getting back into the spirit of gaming, but Tys had continued to nag convince me to join him in the GW2 race - and alas here I be.

When he mentioned this guild he had partaken in with SWTOR, I found it to be right in the heart of my interests - anything that brings gaming and writing together is ok in my book. I've been RPing since I was old enough to form complete sentences and have been going strong ever since.

So - There you have it. I'm not sure what else to add in here to better introduce myself so I'll leave it at that.

I'm looking forward to stories we'll tell and the quests we'll conquer.

Welcome Vyvian, I too came off WoW when SWTOR came out (well in beta). I haven't missed it myself, my husband tried to go back when he found his computer wasn't able to handle SWTOR, and quit again in less than a month lol.

Welcome to Saga guild!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga.

Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds have formed, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family.

To become part of that, please take the time to fill out the attached roster card and post it to this message. This procedure is for the others here who will not see you in GW2 so they can get to know you. You do not have to fill the roster card out to be part of Saga in-game. You can do it now or in the future. You can fill one out even if you do not wish to join the larger family. There is no pressure, and no rush. Take your time and look around.

As a Recruit, you should now have access to the private game related forums, such as questing and crafting disciplines.
