Let me know when you'll be on, Syll. I'm jonesin' for some Wildstar!

I think I read on Wildstar Reddit that Alienware still has some keys left... definitely worth a shot.  :)

If you do snag a key, message PinkRose and ask for access to the Wildstar beta forums.

The opinions expressed here are my own and I have my wife's permission to say so.

I know at least five Sagaites who got the Alienware keys. Should be fun.

I installed, but ran into horrible FPS problems on both laptops (an unplayably annoying lag in the camera rotation that was bugging the heck out of me).

Are there any settings that need to be turned off / changed?  I tried on two laptops, both which can run other games okay, and had the same issue, even when setting the video quality down to a horribly low setting.

Been unable to connect to Wildstar for the past few days. Guess I lost my beta access. Ah well. I know I will be playing it when it goes live and people are around to group up more. Until then, keep me updated.

SW:TOR - Tecta (Dark) / ValGith (Light)
Diablo 3 - Alpharius #1269
Wildstar - Tecta
Lost Ark (NA East-Avesta) - Gith
WWZ - Gith_
FFXIV (NA-Cactaur) - Gith Redmayne

Talon

I had a great time, though it's a shame we weren't able to get together with the Saga people in closed testing.

Sorry to hear you couldn't play, Syll. I didn't have to muck around with settings for Wildstar, myself, and I was pretty impressed by that.

Sme people discussing the lag in chat said that things ran better when they used the 64-bit client. No idea where they got it. I was using the default client on my 64-bit machine, and it ran fine, so I don't know how valid that comment was.
