Incomplete, though. /mounts is missing, for one.

I didn't make it, so I have no clue what's missing. And I was in one (count 'em) one weekend beta (the Alienware one). Never had a mount. If people who actually have had the amazing, fantastic, and oh-I'm-not-rabidly-jealous-of-you-at-all opportunity to play in a more extended beta, and know more of these commands, please share them! I'd never seen anything like this at all (like the circle commands, for one) and I found it very helpful.
