[WS] Roster Card for Vox

Hello there ("Vox" here),

While I don't really have a character of my own, as an artist, I've always had a great deal of fun in sharing and depicting characters and stories I hear about. 

For WildStar, I'm planning to play an Exile esper, scientist-path, so my options will fall within there!   As an important note, I tend to keep night hours, so I'm very much looking for others who might wish to share in these unorthodox sessions.


Do you have alternate characters on the same server?
I like to think I command a full barracks of yet-unrealized champions and their foils.

How did you hear of us?

Is there anyone you have got to know from the family, IC or OOC?
Not that I'm aware of?

What types of games have you participated in? (include all types, such as pen/paper or MMORPGs, PC, Console, board games, card games.)
I've only tried MMOs recently; I played TERA and GW2.  Not so many physical games, as my work/social circle doesn't exactly facilitate it..

What other games are you interested in that Saga participates or is moving towards?
I'll have to see what you guys are looking into!  But I have to say,  "Tree of Savior Online" and "Project Black Sheep!" both look amazing as upcoming titles.  Will play some D3:ROS too.

What aspects of gaming have you enjoyed in the past and/or looking forward to enjoying with Saga? Light raiding, dungeon delving, situational roleplay, story-writing, crafting, PvP, etc.
I love seeing characters in epic environments, especially with strategic, team-focused battles.  Win or lose, it's a lot of fun to feel you took down the big boss together, and it's nice to have a guildy to give that bind-on-pickup drop to that you can't use.

What are you looking for as a member of our guild?
People to group with in WS (especially considering my play times), some creative characters and stories to help inspire my own art and productivity, and possibly some people to make creative fan-projects with.

Please answer the following three questions, IN CHARACTER:
Tell us of your past.

An amalgam of introspective existentialism and confounding confabulation!  Which is real? Which desirable?  Should one suffer such that it makes the better tale in telling?  Or can the mundane lack of drama find a novel niche?  I know not, but perhaps can better shape my history through the structures of those who know them better.

What hobbies and quests do you presently have?
Was supposed to find the Grail, but couldn't remember my favorite color, and so never crossed the bridge.  Now I'm mostly working on finding ways to draw better, harder, faster, and stronger. 

Where do you see yourself in the future?
Someplace far too hot for my tastes, though such is the way of compromise in married life.  Should I dream on it, I would like to imagine as an avatar in representation of the creative impulses which propelled me to such popularity.

Also I think we have some night players - we have talon from Australia and depending on what hours some people work, they tend to get on later as well.

Many thanks!   I forgot to say (will edit), but just "Vox" is fine; in a rather pathetic showing of lapsed creativity, I simply tend to name my characters after the first word I think of, in Latin.  I give them voice, therefore, "vox"... 

As for timing, it's the biggest issue for me, but I'm most free around 9 pm – 4 am EDT/EST

Maybe at launch we could have a play time thread for active characters, to see who might plan to meet whom?

Welcome to the Saga guild!

Please be sure to read the posts stickied at the top of this forum and be sure you agree with the rules and charter. This guild has a history, as you will see. It is, well, a Saga.

Regarding the Roster Card you filled out, you may not have noticed but the final 3 questions are for you to answer in-character. This procedure is for the others here who will not see you in Wildstar so they can get to know you. You have two weeks to fill it out, then we'll remind you and give you a two-week extension. 

Saga is also part of a multi-game guild formed when a few wandered off to try other games. Sister guilds have formed, and we all come here to check on each other. This multi-game guild is currently called SagaFamily. We are indeed a family.

As an Initiate, you should now have access to the private game related forums, such as questing and crafting disciplines.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

And as for playing time, 9pm Eastern, is near prime time for playing with us West Coasters so you should be just fine.

We probably will end up doing that just so that we can organise some pve or pvp content and get folks into some group content .

We also have allied with another smaller guild as well , as well as a circle for rpers who are interested in raiding and other pve content but who are happy to stay in their guild as well.
As the game launches and the population matures, we should get a better idea of times and active server population as well during different time periods.

Depending on what part of my rotation I am on I will be around late. My schedule is all over the place. I am often on in the wee hours EST if I am on days off.

I'm afraid I don't know the WarHammer reference, though, sure, you can call me Radio if it suits you.

Awesome to know some people will be around either way; I was playing the beta yesterday, and it's clear it would be a lot more fun in a party (especially since it apparently gives a huge bonus to faction credit, challenge rewards, and allows better variety of build options)!
