Funny you should ask! 

It's a chat / buddy list / monitor thingy I ran across a while back and then forgot about.  If you have it running while you game, your Xfire budies can see what game you are in, and can even send you a chat message.  The chat window can be brought up from inside most games, so you can talk to people who are in other games or not gaming at the time.  It also keeps track of how many hours you've spent in different games.  The little dealy I added to my sig is a dynamic graphic that tells folks what you've been up to.  There are several versions of it you can choose from.
