LotR and the Vanguard Ouchies

Just a couple quick questions...

I'm thinking of dipping my toe back into the MMO waters via LotRO, any SAGAites there?

And because just one quick question isn't enough...  Is all the Vanguard hullabaloo true, that the game was way incomplete and badly done when launched?  ( That's what I thought when I played beta two times, but wow the interviews I just read... )

Not quite as bad as that, but along those lines. It's a fully functional game, however, and the world is very large and full of content. I think the failure was primarily in their QA/bug busting processes. Didn't code it though, so I couldn't say.

I might try LotRO again at some poijnt, as it's a very good game, but I don't think I will very soon. There's probably a couple people already playing though!

Haven't played LoTRO.  I love Vanguard.  The bugs are a pain and I hope that they fix the Pantheon soon, but the game is a lot of fun.

If Saga folks are going to be playing, can we make a forum under Games We Play so folks can find each other on the right server?

Unless, heh, there is already a forum there.

I did buy myself the LotRO.  Wacky me.
