Whaddya want me to tell ya? If she wants her birthday secret, then it should be secret. I don't remember the exact date anyway, and I don't think profile information like that is saved even if I did feel comfortable hunting through the site for it.

I suggest if we want to have a day to celebrate Bou, we pick a random day and declare it Bou's Day. How about the first of June?

I didn't mean for you to have to put the year. If you notice my birthday in November, I just show what day. I didn't get to be my age without learning a few things, hehe.

*grins* I really don't care about my age. It is part of who I am as much as any other part.

And Lyri, I hear you. I constantly forget my actual age. When I realized my birthday was approaching and tried to remember how old that makes me, I was thinking I was 48 and about to turn 49. When I realized that I was turning 48 I thought, well that wasn't so tough. heh

Ya know, I always wondered why it's considered rude to ask someone's age or the year they were born, but it's fine if you ask what year they graduated high school. Isn't that generally going to yield the same information?

Well I have never really cared about what age I am. If someone comes asks me, I dont' hem and haw about it. Like Bou said, the time you have lived is what makes you who you are.

I turn the big 5 0 this year. Where has the time gone.

My internal image of myself is 18 or thereabouts. I am constantly surprised to catch my reflection in the mirror and when I do I think, what is my mother doing here? My son constantly reminds me though. Like Talemus, his favorite topic for jokes is my age. He calls me "Oh Ancient One" but it gets me out of most chores since he insists that I am too old to do anything, so it works for me! heehee

I haven't cared one whit about my birthday since I was about 13 years old.

Even to this day, I feel funny accepting gifts from anyone. If I'm in an off mood, I've been known to tell them to return them and get their money back.

And yet I like to give gifts.
