Mumble with the new guy

Because there was so many people who liked chat night. I will be starting it up again. It will be on Friday around 7:00 pm Central time. It will also be a time for recruts to meet up with the members of Saga. I would like to take this time to say that i am not trying to be push mumble on any one. with that said. i would also like to say. That i do not want any one to miss out on the fun either. Chat night is a blast. every one seems to have a good time. It is a nice way to get to know one another. so, please feel free to join us. we do not bit. Ok, maybe Cy a little. But you get use to it. Thank you for your time. May the force be with you. Long live Saga.

Can one get on to mumble, but without a microphone just to listen? Is there a chat box? I'm asking for the official SWTOR headset for Christmas, and I don't want to buy something just to get by in the meantime... but don't have a microphone at the moment!

Yup there's a chat box and I rarely talk while i'm in mumble. Sometimes I just don't want to interrupt people so I'll just type in the chat box

So you should be able to just sit there and listen if you'd like. Just skip any Microphone prompts it may give.

My sense from the ONE TIME I used mumble was that most folks were doing something at the computer while chatting. I know I was. I was reading the boards and posting while listening.

So just listening until moved to talk might be the MO of most folks.
