I still cant progress past the arkship and descend to the world - submitted a ticket and posted on the forums - waiting to see how it resolves.

I thought I was bugged, because they added an extra step in the quest compared to when I last played closed beta, but it turned out I just needed to go click on a hologram before I could take the shuttle down.

I assume that's not your problem, but it made me wonder if I'd missed other changes.

Yup I did part of the quest - I actually remade my character a number of times ( same name but slightly different bodies just in case ) , and was stuck on the same part.

I did however manage to get my account inventory showing, and I had all the items - I think about 111 boom boxes or so.

I am just waiting on the quest bug to get fixed so I can start playing again!

Aww, sorry to hear you've been having such problems. Once I was able to get in last night I had the error of being full up on characters even though I only had 4 slots used and one of them wasn't my main Fortunately, I was able to get all the names I wanted so I just went to bed right after. I am just getting into the game now and thankfully I was able to make the other two characters.

Fixed my issues - such a silly reason for it too

Carbone official ui addons were turned off that stopped some stuff from working. I reenabled all of them .
